Today 12 /11/25 I had a conditioning treatment and my hair straightened in your salon. From the moment I entered the salon the staff were very warm and friendly. I was pampered with an amazing hair massage to go with my conditioning treatment. It was lovely to be pampered by the friendly staff. The male stylist (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) who did my hair was very warm and friendly. As a newcomer to Gladstone, this man will definitely be an asset to our community. Thankyou... I just wanted to say thankyou so much for the services today from all involved. Fit me in with short noticed and assisted me in making the most of my limited time for a pamper and the treat. First time trying threading and it's a game changer. My hair looks and feels great and the facial was the most relaxing facial I have ever had. All at a reasonable price. Thank you again.

We walked in today and got haircuts for my 3 children without an appointment. They booked us in straight away, they were very friendly and welcoming. We were very happy with the hair cuts. The only issue was that we were a little suprised by the cost of the children's hair cuts, $35 each for the boys and $45 for our daughter. Overall it was a lovely welcoming salon.
